Week 8 was great we finally hit our goal of 90% occupancy which was a change because of how large the community was. I also shadowed maintenance and grounds which gave me a different perspective on how the community stays looking and running great. I also did a lot of move-out charges inspections (DA) and learned about how much it cost to replace or restore each thing that was damaged.
