This week I got to shadow our regional for my rotation. It enjoyed it a lot, I got to see 5 other properties outside of my own. Two of which were in phase one renovation which was very exciting to see and a totally different perspective than what I have been involved in. I enjoyed seeing all the different floor plans as well as getting to learn more about vendor walks and meetings. It was a great experience and I really enjoyed it. Looking into the financials of each of our properties was also cool to see where everyone stands.
