I have just completed my 8th week here in Dallas, TX! I am here for a 10-week internship through Weidner Apartment Homes. I have learned so much these past few weeks. It is amazing to use what I learned in class and be able to apply it in the real-world industry. My main duties here are being an active participant in power hour, knowing the property well enough to give an extensive tour to our prospects, taking phone calls from residents and prospects, working on the Queue, completing the new move-in and move-out folders, and always displaying professionalism. Overall, I am so sad for this internship to soon come to an end. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity that Weidner Apartment Homes has given me to help develop my professional career. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for me! #internship #IREM
