Hello, I’m Bailey. This summer, I’m working as a Weidner Apartment Homes intern at Woodin Creek Village in Woodinville, Washington. I accomplished a lot in my first week at the property, some of which are listed below. I finished the paperwork and received training on my first day at the home office in Kirkland, Washington. After the first day, I continued work at Woodin Creek Village property. I learned more this past week about how the lease process works. I saw viewings, move-ins, and move-out inspections and answered questions for residents and prospective residents over the phone and in person. Additionally, I discovered how the team uses Yardi and CRM software to streamline the lease process. I’ll learn a ton more this summer about managing residential properties, and I can’t wait to do it with such a fantastic crew at my property.
