Week 6-
This week I was given the opportunity to market shop our comps in the area. I went to secret shop some of the other apartments buildings and get their information for our market survey in order to compare our properties and see what promotions they have. I went to Bank and Boston lofts and got a tour so I could see the inside because they compare to us the most with the interior and affordable housing option. I attached a picture of what one of our units looks like.
