This week I was asked to complete a Weekly Report for our property. This report gives a sense on how our leasers are doing and can give us an idea of what’s going on with the market. If we have a lot of showings but not a lot of people are signing for the apartment this could mean many things. For example it could mean either our leasers aren’t doing a good job closing or properties aren’t priced right. It could be other things but this gives the Property Manager something to look back on and explain what’s going on with the units. This little step can give a lot of information about the state of your property.

You’ll build a stronger resume with the work experience employers need and may have a position in place before graduating. Many students receive a job offer from their Co-op employer for a full-time position following graduation.
