Yesterday we flew from Anchorage, AK to Phoenix, AZ. Today, we spent the day with a bunch of upper management at the very first US Intern Meeting. This was such an incredible opportunity and it just goes to show how much Weidner cares about all of their employees, even the interns. During the meeting, we heard from a panel of Community Directors who have all been in our shoes. They gave us great advice and told us all about Weidner. It was a quick three days with all the flying we did, but it was an opportunity I will never forget! We met new people, had a bunch of laughs, and created bonds with our potential coworkers if we choose to do the MIT program. They definitely showed us what we could expect in our future!
