My name is George Scharlau, I am an intern at Daymark Uptown. Here are some things that I did during my first week! My first day I went to the regional office where I filled out paperwork and had some training to do throughout the day. After that, I started working at my property called Daymark Uptown. The first week I did a lot of shadowing tours and watched as they performed move-in and move-out checklists. I was also learning the CRM and Yardi software, along with other software they use. CRM is where we communicate with our residents and prospect residents. I have meet a good amount of the residents and everyone is amazing here at Daymark. (Both coworkers and residents.) Daymark is a pet friendly community where we really enjoy our relationships and interactions with residents and their pets. These two are Bones and Hercules.
