It was a very busy week and I got to do a variety of things this week. We helped out another property with some maintenance and cleaning around the community. I swept stairs and washed the pool windows. I also helped my community director with delinquencies and small balances. We had several new leases this week as well as a move in. We have a furnished apartment that comes fully furnished with everything a resident could need. A short term lease was signed this week for the furnished unit!
