This past week at Town Centre was eventful, to say the least. Our community director was out sick most of the week so it was just Tim (our leasing agent) and I running the show. While it got a little chaotic at times, we did manage to get a lot done. In terms of tours, we had quite a few this week! I did my first solo tour along with a few more and was lucky enough to receive a few applications afterward. In our spare time, Tim and I walked around the community taking notes on any adjustments needed for our fire safety systems. We also went around making what we call “mini models” as well as checking some of the upcoming units to make sure they were on schedule to be made ready. If we weren’t walking around the community doing tasks, we were likely in the office responding to emails and phone calls.
