Wow, this summer is going by quickly! I’m already halfway done with my internship… and man have I learned a lot!
This week we had quite a few move-ins so I spent a lot of my time getting ready for our future residents. A lot of this included preparing welcome baskets, and information packets as well as completing some minor finishing touches in the units before the move-in. I’m starting to really understand the property management process as a whole and am lucky enough to guide some of the first individuals I took on tours through the application and move-in process! It brings a smile to my face to welcome another resident into this wonderful community!
