I helped my Community Director with the delinquencies, and we sent out some notices this week. It was good to see more of her job duties and what she is responsible for. I helped her with other management tasks as well. I also did more leasing and move-ins for new residents. Our community is almost at full occupancy, with only a few apartments left to rent that are available for the summer. We had several residents renew their leases for another year. We use the property map and explain the application fees when we give tours to prospects.
