As for this week, there wasn’t much activity when it came to tours but we were able to get applications for and lease all of our 3-bedrooms!! Other than that, with this extra time, we got a lot of our to-do list done! Our other leasing consultant (Tim) and I went through our current and upcoming turns to take notes, this helps us keep track of how long the turn might take before we are ready to show it. We also prepped all the move-in folders for our upcoming move-ins as well as finished a garage audit to make sure we were utilizing all those empty garage spots! There was also a MIT and Intern lunch this week, we enjoyed lunch with some of our regional team members, and that was a lot of fun!
