This week was busy when it came to move-ins, we had five, four of which were on the same day! That being said, we had to be very strategic with our scheduling and were in a bit of a time crunch to finish any last-minute maintenance. Luckily, everything went smoothly and we were able to welcome quite a few new residents to our community. One of the move-ins was a 3-bedroom unit that I leased. Prior to the turn that unit was a really bad eviction. Our maintenance staff put a lot of time and effort into bringing the unit back to life. I was able to take a look at it in its beginning stages, and man did it come a long way! I don’t know what we’d do without our maintenance staff. Teamwork makes the dream work.
