This weeks post I have taken one of me in my office space. After a busy previous week it was much slower in the office in normal because of the fact we had less to show. Overall nothing to new toward my goals. There is still more I would like to learn as far as some of the details with the property management side. I was able to learn more about the lease itself a tenant signs so that was very helpful and nice to learn more about. The major item that was discovered this week was with the pool. Since this was the first week the pool was open we were informed on the safety measures we are responsible for when opening the pool. These include the capacity and water conditions that need to be checked daily.
