The property I work at is actually one of Weidner’s first properties. In fact, Dean Weidner’s mom bought the property in 1977 and was it’s first manager. The name of this property is Autumn Lane in Colorado Springs, CO. Bought and managed by Dean’s mom in 1977, it was transformed from a motel to a 38 unit apartment complex. This property holds a very near and dear place in the Weidner’s hearts and I get to manage it.
