This is my last week at my first property with Bigos property management. We get to work at two different properties during our internship. Anyways, I’m at my first site and for my last week the property manager is actually out of the office on “vacation”. This is the only time of the month she’s free to move into her new home. So while she’s gone it’s up to me and the assistant property manager to hold down the fort. It’s been a little bit of an adjustment not having someone to turn to with questions or concerns but if anything is really pressing I can ask my assistant PM. It’s nice though because I feel a little more in charge around the office and feel like I can actually contribute to the team and take initiative rather than just sitting around and waiting for instructions.
