Today we had a resident come in who thought today was his move in date. His actual move in date isn’t until tomorrow and they still had to finish cleaning the carpets in the apartment. He was very upset and kept telling us we had the dates wrong but everything we had on file had tomorrow’s date. We let him move in today anyway but he had to wait a couple hours for the carpet and was still upset. Even though he was very rude to us, we gave him a gift card to a local restaurant to take his son to dinner with.
