Safety First

OSHA requires safety data sheets turned in to them every so often. Just going through reviewing and inspecting all the different hazards and labels on all are equipment. If something is labeled wrong or considered a hazard, we must fix it right away so we don’t get fined.

Vacant Unit Inspections

Today i Walked around with our property owner to all of our vacant units. She pointed out the different things she looks at while inspecting empty units. We went through and wrote down everything that she wanted cleaned or fixed and gave the report to our maintenance supervisor.

Cleaning up the property

Tuesday I worked with my Community director to clean up the property that I work at which is a rewarding feeling to be able to see the difference from the morning to the end of the day when we were able to get the property clean.
