Tooth Fairy Day

National tooth fairy day was happening while I was at Visions. A local dentist office donated teeth cleaning kits. There were toothbrushes,  tooth paste, floss and a few other things. This was great promotion for the dentist office as well as a great benefit for the residents.

Valentines Day

On Valentines Day, we had an event for residents. They were able to come in and pick up flowers and chocolates. This was a big hit, especially for the flowers. They had roses and other flowers in them and they were in a nice vase. The kids loved the chocolates.

First Day At Visions!

My first day at Visions Apartments started on January 8th. I started my day at the Phoenix regional office with training. After lunch I headed to Visions Apartment Homes which was located in Peoria. I spent the rest of the day shadowing on of the leasing staff.

Garage clean up

One problem we’ve had this summer is random furniture in our garage spaces. One of my jobs was to go down in the garage and take note of all the spaces violating the terms on the lease. Then contacting the resident to make sure it gets taken care of.

Pool Inspectors

The pool inspectors came by the other day. They found that the distance between our rocks and our fence was not up to code. There must be less than 2 inches inbetween the two. What a fun morning!
