We finally caught the person who had been painting outside one of our building entrances. His paint splattered onto the building and was never cleaned on numerous occasions. The tenant wasn’t the best tenant in the world, so we decided to hit him with a non renewal.

Weidner is currently pushing a paperless initiative for 2017. To help kick start the paperless trend we’ve been encouraging tenants to pay online for a chance to win a rent credit if they pay online and win the raffle.
