The first week was spent doing a lot of training and getting to know the property and residents. I spent most of the time learning the daily responsibilities and tasks of a leasing agent. I also learned what needs to be done for each move in and move out. I have already learned a lot and it is only the first week! The leasing office has a great view of the pool!
The second week I followed along on tours and the move in/outs. By the end of the week, I was able to give tours of our model unit for prospects that are interested in our community. I am slowly taking on more responsibilities such as responding to residents and prospects online and answering phone calls. During our inspections of residents moving out, I took a few pictures to share what condition some of the apartments are left in.
